Aatvi AI provides an enterprise intelligence platform and related consulting services. The Services include our website, platform documentation, demo scheduling, and any other features or tools we make available.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

Certain features of the Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design elements — are the exclusive property of Aatvi AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without our prior written permission.

“Aatvi,” “Aatvi AI,” and our logo are trademarks of Aatvi AI. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Services in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Attempts to interfere with or disrupt the Services or their infrastructure
• Involves unauthorized access to any systems or data
• Transmits malware, spam, or other harmful content
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Scrapes, crawls, or harvests data from the Services without authorization

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aatvi AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Services.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
